Bulgaria has InvoiceKit's most complete VAT configuration of any supported country: the 20% standard rate, a 9% tourism rate, and separate 0% options for exports, intra-EU supplies, financial and insurance services, education, healthcare, real estate, postal, cultural, and social services. UBL 2.1 / Peppol export is available for every invoice.
The remaining gap is a SAF-T audit-file export for large taxpayers, which we're holding off building until we can confirm it against the real Bulgarian NRA schema rather than guess at it.
