Czech VAT rates in InvoiceKit are current: restaurant and catering services now use a single 12% reduced rate, and prescription medicines can be invoiced at 0%, both selectable directly on invoice lines with no setup needed. Every Czech invoice can also be exported as UBL 2.1 / Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 XML.

Whether a specific item counts as "restaurant and catering" or "prescription medicines" is a classification question for your accountant. On InvoiceKit's own compliance checklist, the Czech Republic has no outstanding items today.
