Lithuania: Fully Compliant

Lithuania's reduced VAT rates in InvoiceKit are current: accommodation, transport, and culture moved from 9% to 12%, and books dropped from 9% to 5%, both live in the invoice-line dropdown. Every Lithuanian invoice can also be exported as UBL 2.1 / Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 XML.

Existing drafts with the old rates won't update automatically, so it's worth a quick review before sending. On InvoiceKit's own compliance checklist, Lithuania has no outstanding items today.
